Dear Mr. Sargent,

Thank you for agreeing to join the PGH Photo Fair Speaker Series this Spring. We are thrilled to have you. Below are the details of the event and our agreement. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

The lecture will take place on Wednesday, February 20th, 2018 at 6:30 pm at the Ace Hotel Pittsburgh (120 S. Whitfield St., Pittsburgh 15201).

You will have up to 45 minutes for your lecture, which should connect to the field of photography. After the lecture, a short Q&A session will take place and then guests will be invited to stay for drinks at the hotel. We would appreciate your presence for as much time you are willing to give.


By Dec 15th, 2018: Please send a short bio, head shot and brief description of your lecture, for promotional purposes

By Feb 19th, 2019: Please email a powerpoint or pdf file of your lecture to by February 19th at 5pm so that we can have everything set up for your talk ahead of time. You will be able to run through your presentation at 5:30 pm on February 20th.

You will receive a stipend of $1000 the day of your lecture and PGH Photo Fair will cover the cost of your travel, 2 nights of lodging, and meals for up to three days.

Photographs and recordings of the lecture may be used for promotion and publicity of PGH Photo Fair.
