If you have scheduled a full booth with us, each FULL BOOTH (click to download image) will have two tables and chairs, walls that are 8 feet tall and 24 feet across (16 in the middle with 4 foot wings on each side).

If you have scheduled a full booth with us, each HALF BOOTH (click to download image) will have one table and chair, walls that are 8 feet tall and 12 feet across (8 in the middle with 4 foot wings on each side).

We provide black table cloths that do not come to the floor. Each booth has a chalkboard sign at the top, and you are welcome to write your gallery name at the top. As your setting up, please ask us for the appropriate spot for storage of your packing materials during the fair.

Please make sure that any person with sold artworks is accompanied by a PPF staff member or gallery member wearing a laniard. Any artworks sold during the fair must be walked out by PPF staff or volunteers, with the exception of books or small items that fit inside a bag.

Loading and installing work:

Load-in will be from 9am-12pm on Friday, April 26th at the Carriage Drive entrance (horseshoe in front of the museum entrance, please see museum map linked above). Loading has to be finished by 12pm sharp since there are other events using the carriage drive after us.

Install for exhibitors will be from 12pm-5pm after load-in. Install must conclude by 5pm sharp since the museum will be closing then. We will have one dolly and limited tools, so please come prepared for your work install. If you are interested in hiring an installer for the day, please contact Eriko at eriko@caseydroege.com and she will provide you with a list of recommended handlers.

Parking for exhibitors will be free on Friday, however for Saturday and Sunday you will have to pay to use the lot. When you arrive on Friday, we will provide you with parking chasers that will make your parking free. When you exit the lot Friday, you will enter your parking chaser into the kiosk after entering the parking ticket you took when entering the lot. Free street parking will be available on Sundays.

Exhibitors can enter the museum between 9:45-10am during both days of the fair.
