Thank you for agreeing to join the PGH Photo Fair Speaker Series this Spring. We are thrilled to have you. Below are the details of the event and our agreement. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
The panel will take place on Wednesday, March 20th 2018 at 6:30 pm at the Ace Hotel Pittsburgh (120 S. Whitfield St., Pittsburgh 15201).
You and two other speakers will be in the panel, with Evan Mirapaul moderating the conversation. You will have 8 minutes to give an introductory presentation on yourself/your collection with slides. The panel discussion will be 30 minutes long, and questions will be sent to you ahead of time. After the lecture, a short Q&A session will take place and then guests will be invited to stay for drinks at the hotel. You are not required to stay for drinks, but we would appreciate your presence for as much time you are willing to give.
By Jan 10th, 2018: Please send a short bio and head shot for promotional purposes.
By March 19th, 2019: If you would like to show slides or videos during your talk, please email a powerpoint or pdf file to Casey@caseydroege.com by March 19th at 5pm so that we can have everything set up for your talk ahead of time. You will be able to run through your presentation at 5:30 pm on March 20th.
PGH Photo Fair will cover the cost of your travel, 2 nights of lodging, and meals for up to three days. You are also welcome to a stipend of $1000 for your participation. Please check “I would like to accept a stipend of $1000” in the form below to accept it, however if you do not need it leave the field blank.
Photographs and recordings of the lecture may be used for promotion and publicity of PGH Photo Fair.
